We are excited that you are considering LMU. As one of the top comprehensive universities in the country, we are committed to helping students develop the knowledge and skills required to compete in the 21st century.

To apply for admission submit the Common Application online, or submit the LMU online application. You may choose either, and they receive equal consideration. Please do not submit both.

  • Admission Standards

    Admission to LMU is selective. Academic record is the primary consideration. We take time to evaluate each application individually and consider not just what you have done in the past, but what your accomplishments suggest you will achieve in the future. Please visit Requirements & Deadlines for more information.

  • Students who have completed 30 or more units

    Students who have completed 30 or more units are required to submit the following materials:

    1. Select one of the following applications 

      • Transfer Common Application
      • LMU Online Application
      • Coalition Application

    2. Official Transcripts from all Colleges Attended 

    To request official transcripts, contact the registrar or student records office of the institutions you will be requesting from.

    Electronic submissions can potentially expedite the process, and can be submitted to transfer@lmu.edu

    Other items are not required but recommended:
